A MY ISAGENIX PERSONAL STORY
So, here's my story. I had put on ten pounds. Not a big deal. I could hide it with clothes. But I wasn't booking as many modeling jobs as I had the previous year, and I had become more self-conscious, which is not an option when you are in front of the camera. Something had to be done. In the past when I needed to lose weight I just stepped up my workout program. I have always loved spinning classes and boot camp workouts. A CRASH COURSE ON EATING GREEN
A big part of the green movement is learning how our daily lifestyle choices can play such a critical role in the healing of our earth. Some of these choices involve which consumer goods, clothing, or household products we purchase, how we can most efficiently use water and power, and setting up an at-home system for recycling. A GREEN PICNIC
With the arrival of spring time sunshine, came our idea to enjoy and eco-friendly picnic on the set of Envi-image's Envi-TV shoot. There is a "no plastic" policy on Envi-image sets, so we packed our own stainless steel water bottles and real silverware and glasses. Not only does this reduce waste but it's so charming. Plastic cups and utensils are made with non-renewable, petroleum-based materials. They don't biodegrade for hundreds of years and release toxins into the environment during their production, as well as in their breakdown in landfills. There is a new option being manufactured now, plastic fork being manufactured out of potatoes. Obviously biodegradable!(more)
