Clarity

Clarity. We all want it. We all lose it. Doctors say it's a sign of health. Buddhists say it's a sign of maturity.

In the beginning of our lives we don't even know we need it. Along the way, we realize we can't do without it.

Mental Clarity empowers us to make sound decisions. Soulful Clarity awakens our most divine decision maker - our Intuition. If we truly care for our Selves, we harmonize with Nature. We naturally choose what's good for us, and we realize that "me" is we. And we in deed, are One.

A simple example: Drinking water as your lifestyle hydrates your metabolism & plumps your cells the way a plant gorges with vitality when it rains. You look younger, you live longer. A well hydrated planet will teem with energy and support the human family for eons to come...

"Take care of your body with steadfast fidelity. The soul must see through these eyes alone, and if they are dim, the whole world is clouded."
- Goethe

Learning, being, & doing move the world. Be Clear with what you Do.

Your Clarity will sharpen when:
 1. You're Present. Keep your mind on Now.
 2. You live from the inside, out.
 3. You exercise the organic being Nature has given you.
 4. You exercise your innate talents.
 5. You take in food & drink that naturally enlivens your being.
 6. You sleep.
 7. You choose healthy relationships.
 8. You have loving sex.
 9. You honor yourself by letting Love flow through your talents as work.
 10. You choose healthy play.
 11. You honor the "Other" by giving & receiving.
 12. You make friends with Silence.

Clarity is your way of life and who you are. It only takes a moment.

Be clear and you'll see that your ego is a tool that helps you get things done, the way your hand helps you pick things up; but your guidance, where you're going and why, is your inner spirit. Your ego takes its rightful place as your servant; not a confused, acquisitive wannabe master.

First tips:

Be Present. Your mind on Now will free you. You'll see things as they are and notice a never ending flow of events and possibilities.

Live from the inside, out - you'll discover that you're an organism that has a molecular and spiritual agenda. You're best self, the self you were born to be, is actualized. You're happy and we're much better off.

Imagine you were given one car your entire life. How would you care for it? You have been given one body and one planet. Take care of them. Respect for your personal organism yields respect for the planetary one.

Choose relationships that support and empower you; relationships based on love, respect, and growth. If someone feels better by hurting you, they need help, not you in their life.

Model healthy behavior and you'll give your children the best gift you can - an example. They'll remember your words and deeds long after their childhood presents.

At the center of your example is your display of responsibility and the choices you make. If your kids see clarity as a way of life they'll assume it too - no matter how many irresponsible and hurtful people they meet in the future.

The mystics say heal yourself and you'll heal the world. Yes. There's an aspect to this that's step by step. And an aspect that's instantaneous.

"Heal thyself, and you'll heal the family. Heal the family, and you'll heal the community. Heal the community, and you'll heal the nation. Heal the nation, and you'll heal the world."
- Confucius

Clarity fruits grace, purpose & meaningful achievement. It spawns evolution. If we, as a people act with clarity, "green" won't just be a cause or an environmental agenda, it'll be our collective coming home and Heaven's color on Earth.

Our planet will sparkle from space, and not because of the sunlight.

Hi Nery--

Well put. I always enjoy and am reinforced by writings and opinions that mirror my own.

Each day is one in which I try to be spiritually fit and then make the demonstration of that fitness by doing things right.

My source is A. A.

Regards, Michael.
